This is sacred space. There's something so potent in sitting together. Something reassuring about a regular practice. And something so convenient about the time and length of this group.
I'll help us get settled with some mindfulness. We'll be sitting together in silent meditation (lightly guided) using mudras (yogic hand gestures), which affect the flow of vital energy within the human body to improve health and evoke elevated spiritual states. All are welcome. No previous meditation experience required.
We'll begin with some mindfulness to get settled, then ease into a guided journey. You'll be offered energy medicine that's called forth energetically by you and the other participants. We intend to release what needs releasing in order to invoke our highest good, our internal compass, our heart's voice. No previous experience required.

Please find a quiet, comfortable place to lay down during the session. Have blankets, pillows, eye mask, whatever helps you to be cozy and warm enough. I'll want to see you and say hello before we settle in, but don't worry about getting your video camera set up perfectly once you lay down. Most important is that you can hear me.
