For someone very trepidatious about spiritual practice that actually works, I must endorse this wonderful woman who is changing my life. Meeting with her once a week in a real time of need did wonders for my brain state and continues to enhance my personal practice.- SA
What Does It Mean to Be On a Spiritual Path?
If you are seeking your life purpose or looking for greater meaning; if you have a sense of “something larger," embrace your humanity and pursue personal growth, then you are on a spiritual path. It’s about moving toward greater understanding and consciousness, with curiosity and open-mindedness. There is no final goal, only the constant unfolding of life and an appreciation for its lessons. It is knowing the fact of your divine essence, and the exploration of your human manifestation of it. It is engaging life with presence and intentionality. There is a quality of dedication, attention and curiosity. A desire to know and experience truth, and to live from that place of knowing.
Your Path is Unique
You are a spiritual being. Spirituality isn’t meant to happen only at certain times or in certain places; it’s a natural, everyday part of life. Though your unique, authentic path may bear some resemblance to others, it will never look exactly like someone else’s. In fact, what it looks like doesn’t matter, and only you can know what you truly experience and how you choose to manifest it. Your path is yours.
Is This About God?
I believe that there is something larger than us, and that we are each a part of it. You may call it God, Goddess, The Universe, Higher Power, Nature, Consciousness, or any number of things. The label isn’t important in our work together. I believe that we are all made of the same divine fabric, that each human being is a unique physical manifestation of it, and that we all have the ability to experience this essence as well as our incarnate selves. I know this about you, and this knowing is the foundation of my service.
