The Core Star is the source of Light in the human body, the home of the soul. Creative power, inspiration and love are catalyzed here. This is not a traditional dance class (ballet, jazz, tap, etc.) but is based in conscious movement and ecstatic dance. Class begins with a fun warmup and conscious movement games to get our bodies moving in new ways, inspiring movement creativity and choreography. We'll work individually and together to create small dances. There's some instruction, as well as time for an all-out dance party. The goal is to use the mind, the body and the core star to invite new ways of dancing, with lots of support and loving encouragement - and have a blast doing it.
