Darshan is the bestowal of Love, Light and Grace. "Darshan" comes from the Sanskrit verb meaning "to see." Darshan literally means "to see the divine"; it is a term used to express the act of physically looking into the eyes of an image, statue or being into which the presence of the divine has been invoked or activated. By doing so, the seeker is brought more closely into connection with the divine presence, allowing the soul - the spark of life within us - to recognize the original state of our beingness. Through darshan we reactivate our connection to Spirit, both internally and externally.
We will sit together in meditation for the duration of the session, during which time I'll sit with each person individually, occasionally using hands-on energy healing. Sessions usually last 1-2 hours, depending on the number of participants.
Please bring drinking water, as well as pillows, blankets, or a chair to help you sit comfortably upright for the duration of the session. You are welcome to stretch, move or lay down if your body makes a request, but please take care not to disturb others.
Allow yourself to bask in the joy of silence, stillness and darshan!
