You are innately an expression of love. It may sometimes be covered up or protected by habitual ways of being, but your essence is wholeness. Always has been, always will be. When you live from this place, you know what's right. When you pursue life from here, you feel empowered.
My goal is to help you locate this inner knowing, heal what needs to be healed, and practice living from the truth of your existence.
The tools I use include Lightwork and Energy Healing, and Mindful Self-Study (based on my training in The Hakomi Method and The Re-Creation of the Self Model for Human Systems). I work with individuals and groups. I believe that quality support should be available to everyone, and I offer affordable rates so that you can do the inner work you need to do, to become the You you want to be. My office is in Bend, Oregon.
