My Approach to Mindfulness-Based Personal Growth Work
I come to our sessions knowing that you are whole. I hold this truth while tending to your experience with lovingness, an experimental attitude, and curiosity. I invite you, the seeker, to be curious about your self.
Our work together is not about solving problems. It is about discovering - with acceptance and without judgment - why you experience life the way you do, healing what needs to be healed, and shifting into your preferred, organic ways of being.
My approach is:
Mindfulness-based.Mindfulness is the ability to study your experience at the time you are having it.
Experiential.We work with present-moment experience (thoughts, physical sensations, feelings, images, impulses) rather than talking about what happened or trying to figure things out.
Somatic.The body holds valuable information in its structures and habitual patterns. It is a doorway to unconscious core beliefs.
