This series of sessions is an opportunity for you to receive energy medicine - and use your power to create and receive your own medicine - through a spontaneous and unique-to-you guided meditation. It's a reverent way to complete the year, whether you feel cocooned into the inner stillness around Solstice or you're more tuned in to the end of the calendar year.

This special winter container includes four 75-minute sessions. It's a spacious, intentional field we enter together to collaborate in service to your high vibration experience. Each session will be a guided meditation - an energetic attunement that is specific to you, following the shifts that occur in you from moment to moment, delivering energy medicine along the way, and shepherding you into an experience of connection, peace, gratitude and love.
