What's Love Got To Do With It?
A decade ago, it was hard for me to admit that the main "tool" I used in my work was love. I spent a long time and a lot of money learning things and gaining skills - I'm always learning. I'm glad I have those methods and techniques in my toolkit, for sure... but it is still true that the most potent piece of what I offer my clients is love.
I know no better medicine.
Being in this kind of love can bring a sense of relief. It can open your heart. It can evoke love in you. It might make you cry. It can gently help reveal where and why your heart's been closed.
Being in love can be a very tender experience. You might feel exposed, truly seen for the first time. It can feel like too much... but also like the very thing you long for.
All of this is held in a field of love.
It might bring utter exhaustion - or it might energize you - if you've been holding tight to resistance or protection, and you finally surrender. It can bring feelings, when before there were none. It can make space for grief that's been held back. It can bring forgiveness. Compassion. Aliveness.
It can be deeply nourishing. Being in a field of love can help you know it's ok to be exactly as you are.
This is what clients have told me.
If you're working on some things and you want help, I'm here for you.
